Justin Bater

Justin joined Cognosis in 2001 after four years with the international research agency Millward Brown.  During his time at Cognosis, Justin has worked across a wide-range of projects and industries most currently working for Unilever, EDF Energy, Mars and Diageo.  Over the last seven years Justin has been an integral part of the development, growth and success of Cognosis. 

Outside work Justin spends most of his time with his sons, working on their batting and bowling – hoping one day to watch them play Test cricket for England.  He’s also a keen Liverpool FC supporter and believes this season could be THE season. 

Justin is married to Claire, and has two young sons called Eli and Billy.
