Olivia joined Cognosis in April 2001. She has worked in professional services industry for 10 years, helping a broad selection of clients such as Coca-Cola, SABMiller and Drambuie, improve brand and business performance.

At Cognosis Olivia has specialised in designing and facilitating strategy sessions that engage & build high performance teams and worked on the EDGE Programme that seeks to shed fresh insight into strategy-making, engagement & business performance.

Olivia loves anything to do with ancient Rome & Greece, red wine and visiting wonders of the world.

Olivia is currently on maternity leave.
