Ashley joined Cognosis in December 2008, having previously worked for Accenture and Ogilvy & Mather. His experience incorporates a wide range of clients in both the public and private sector, including HMRC, BAE Systems, VW, Shell and BT.

Since joining Cognosis, Ashley has gained a great deal of experience in the drinks and tobacco industries working on a variety of strategic marketing projects in areas ranging from competitor strategy and product innovation, to customer services and supply chain management.

Ashley was born and raised in South Africa and graduated from the University of Cape Town with degrees in Political Science and Psychology, and also holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of South Africa. Like all South Africans he enjoys sports, as well as travelling and reading.
