Svetlana Kim
Consultant
Svetlana first joined Cognosis as an intern in November 2009 after completing a Masters in European Business at ESCP Europe. Before venturing on her career abroad Svetlana obtained her undergraduate in Linguistics and Interpreting Studies in Russia, as well as a degree in Marketing Management. She taught at an Engineering University, worked several years in simultaneous interpreting and has experience of running a small business providing services primarily to regional authorities and oil/gas companies.
At Cognosis Svetlana has been working on a number of strategy development projects for a large FMCG client. In particular she has focused on channel strategy design for the business’s regional market in Eastern Europe.
Out of work Svetlana enjoys travelling, catching up with her friends scattered around the world, as well as trying to do some dancing and painting.

Least likely to say: “I am a typical Russian so bring on this vodka or whatever else you might have”
