The Cognosis EDGE research- which probed over 3.500 executives/managers in major UK businesses- showed there are at least five ways to approach strategy- whether making it or reviewing it. We call these approaches ‘Strategy Styles’ and each style drives very different business outcomes- performance confidence and executional effectiveness.

The interactive tool maps the Strategy Style of your team, your function or your team. You can also use it to explore your own, personal Style. Either way, it's intended to help you gain insight into your strategy process and identify ways in which this can be improved.
